Kevin Norris is President of Univest’s Wealth Management Division which has more than $3 billion in assets under management and advisement. He relies on more than 30 years of financial experience to drive Univest’s goal-based investment strategy and manage the steady growth of the division. Kevin joined Univest in 2014 through the acquisition of Girard Partners, a wealth management firm he co-founded and for which he continues to serve as president. In addition to overseeing Girard Partners, Kevin also manages Univest Investments, Inc., Retirement Plan Services, Univest Municipal Pension Services and Trust Services. He is also the Chairman of Univest Foundation.
Before forming Girard Partners in 1996, Kevin held Vice President positions at Black Rock Institutional Management, The Fairfield Group and Beneficial Savings Bank. Kevin holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 53, 63 and 65 licenses. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from LaSalle University.
Kevin is active in supporting the local nonprofit community serving as a Board Member and Treasurer for both the Bucks County Choral Society and For Pete’s Sake Cancer Respite Foundation.

Tom has been in the financial industry for more than 40 years and was one of the founding members of Girard Partners. Tom uses his investment and trust management experience to build creative strategies to inspire the firm’s steady growth. As Senior Vice President and Director of Business Development he strives to understand, anticipate and personalize the needs of current and potential clients.
Prior to joining the team in 1999, Tom served as Vice President for First Union Bank and Trust. Tom earned a B.S. in Finance from Drexel University and an M.B.A. from Temple University.
Tom is committed to serving his community and is actively involved with the Joey Casey Memorial Foundation, Liberty Lutheran Services, Norphans Inc. and the North Catholic Soccer Alumni Association.
